TESTIMONIAL LETTER - 11/04/2009

Re: CertaPro of Westchester - Painting Contractor
It is my understanding that you are considering CertaPro of Westchester for your upcoming exterior painting project. As you may or may not know, CertaPro has been contracted to paint our units in Condo 12. We presently have 77 of our 114 units completed. We recently curtailed any further painting this year and will resume again in the spring of 2010.
Before CertaPro, we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an unscrupulous painting contractor who, among other things, broke every know tenant of good painting practices. Within months we had numerous painting failures and many units took on a pink hue. We became known as the "Pink Condos of Heritage Hills", a very dubious honor indeed.
When it came time to replace this contractor I was chosen to join the newly formed painting committee charged with performing the due diligence required to find a suitable replacement. Obviously, with the previous experience having caused such turmoil in our community we had to choose carefully.
CertaPro stood out among all the other candidates in a number of ways, but most importantly their reputation and references were impeccable. But we needed even more than that. We needed them to show us we would have a quality control system in place, in which we could play a part. We needed polite, neat, professional PAINTERS (not comer pick-ups). We needed a company that could provide a large enough crew to minimize the duration of the project and any inconvenience to unit owners. With all this we also needed to stay within the budget remaining from the original contractor. CertaPro did indeed, provide exactly what we needed. While they may not be the cheapest contractor, they appear to have cornered the market on" best bang for your buck".
So when Mitch Berliner, one of the principals of CertaPro of Westchester, asked if I would write him a letter of recommendation, I did not hesitate. While I cannot guarantee that your experience will be as pleasing as ours in Condo 12, I can guarantee that CertaPro will make every effort to do just that.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me.
